Representative Greetings

Japan has recently been experiencing a significant population decline, with the number of workers expected to decrease by one million each year. With this in mind, many small and medium-sized enterprises and small business operators are struggling to secure personnel. In reality, many companies are considering capital investment but are hesitant to do so due to a shortage of personnel.

On the other hand, there are many international students who wish to find employment but are unable to find a job and end up returning home.

The reason for this is that foreigners tend to start job hunting after graduation, there are simply few opportunities for matching, and many Japanese language schools are vocational schools,

The education we provide is specialized for students to go on to four-year universities.

There will be approximately 66,000 graduates from domestic study abroad programs in the 2021 academic year. Of these, approximately 38,000 will be looking to find employment in Japan, but the actual number of people who find employment in Japan is around 25,000, meaning that many students who want to work in Japan end up giving up and returning to their home countries. *Source: Japan Student Services Organization

Therefore, we decided to set up a Japanese language school specializing in finding employment in Japan, and to develop a system where people can find employment with the status of residence of Specified Skills 1 and Engineer, Specialist in Humanities, and International Services. To achieve this, we aim to obtain the N2 level in order to clear the high hurdle of communication in Japanese with managers and on-site personnel, which is a high hurdle when small and medium-sized enterprises hire foreign personnel. We also provide consultation and advice services for procedures to change status of residence, and aim to contribute to lowering the hurdle for each company to hire foreign personnel and revitalize the economy of the local industry.

Our strengths

Statistics show that among international students who wish to work in Japan, 24,000 return to their home countries each year without finding employment. Our school aims to help students find employment in Japan after graduation, and therefore provides part-time job support that will help them find employment, as well as resume writing and interview preparation. Naturally, we have also established a system that allows students to find employment not only in local companies, but also in companies throughout Japan. Our school's greatest strength is that it provides a system where students can learn Japanese with peace of mind and receive full support for finding employment after graduation. Other strengths include part-time work in companies in the form of internships, frequent career guidance sessions, and external lecturers.
